Natural Breast Enhancement with Stem Cells, Fat and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
Dr. Feng was one of the first surgeons to use autogenous free-flap breast reconstruction following mastectomy in the 80’s and during the height of the silicone breast implant controversy in the 90’s. Today, she is one of the few Plastic Surgeons performing all-natural breast enhancement using stem cell-enriched adipose tissue and platelet rich plasma (PRP) from the patient’s body. This procedure helps to add volume, symmetry, correct divots in the breast tissue and is a safe, long-term, permanent solution versus breast implants. Dr. Feng’s strict post-operative protocol requires hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red light laser treatments to ensure survival of the fat cells.
Breast Reduction
(Reduction Mammaplasty)
Reduction Mammaplasty or Breast Reduction requires the removal of excess breast fat, glandular tissue, and skin to achieve breasts that are in better proportion and shape to the body. Dr. Feng’s breast reduction procedure can help to alleviate related neck and shoulder pain and help the patient regain physical freedom and less discomfort. Dr. Feng has many years of experience creating beautiful breasts for women aged 14 to 83 years old.
Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
A Mastopexy or Breast Lift repositions the breast tissue higher on the chest by removing excess skin. Dr. Feng’s technique provides a more youthful and perky appearance to the breasts with a long-lasting result. Over the years, Dr. Feng has also perfected the breast lift technique so that it can be done at the same time as the explantation procedure (breast implant and capsule removal).
Aesthetic Breast Reconstruction
Aesthetic Reconstruction procedures involve a variety of congenital and acquired deformities that affect both appearance and function. Male Breast Reduction
(Gynecomastectomy)
The Gynecomastectomy or Male Breast Reduction reduces and contours excess male breast tissue. The condition which is referred to as Gynecomastia is when a male develops more breast tissue and fat in the chest area than desired. Dr. Feng can correct this condition by liposuction and/or excision of glandular tissue to restore the male physique and accentuate the contour of the pectoralis major muscle.
