Our History
Our story dates back to 1995 when our now Managing Partner and Director of Operations Linda L. Haas met Dr. Lu-Jean Feng. At the time, Linda was a professional business and marketing executive with her own company and Dr. Feng was serving as the head of microvascular plastic and reconstructive surgery at Cleveland’s Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Linda met with Dr. Feng to discuss marketing opportunities to improve the inner workings of the surgeon’s office. Initially, she recommended conducting a patient survey to identify areas in need of organizational improvement in Dr. Feng’s office. From that single survey, Linda began consulting regularly with Dr. Feng until the two eventually decided to merge their areas of expertise.
In 1999, The Lu-Jean Feng Clinic opened its doors, and today offers more than just cosmetic procedures, including an array of therapeutic treatments, holistic remedies, and delicious and healthy plant-based carryout meals.
On the first floor, a sophisticated, private fitness center, complete with locker rooms and personal amenities made available for patients who choose to join, members and staff.
The second floor features skin care and laser services, acupuncture, reflexology and massage therapy, mental wellness, preventive and anti-aging medicine, a makeup studio, a private outdoor rooftop deck for relaxation, a Suboxone® treatment room, and an immaculate professional kitchen (situated behind the scenes).
All surgical procedures, consultations with Dr. Feng, and the administrative offices are housed on the Clinic’s third floor.
