An endurance-testing ride on state-of-the-art Star Trac® Spinning® bikes. Challenge your mind, body and soul - while burning several hundred calories!
Mon 6:00pm, Tues 9:30am, Thurs 10:00am, Fri 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am

Power Vinyasa Yoga
Flowing poses designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, detoxify the body and cultivate energy balance. You will leave feeling stronger, centered and refreshed. Tues 6:00pm
 
Zumba® Basics
A fast, fun and sexy dance-inspired workout with Feng Fitness Personal Trainer, Sharon White. Tone, sculpt and burn fat while having the time of your life! Wed 6:00pm
 
Boxing Boot Camp
Circuit-style training with all-star personal trainer, Michael DiCillo! Tighten, tone, and lift muscles from head-to-toe while learning to “float like a butterfly and sting like a bee”. Thurs 6:30

Core Creation
Start the weekend with an energizing blend of mat pilates and power yoga! Tone and tighten abdominal muscles, increase flexibility and improve posture. Sat 10:00am
